Design and implement the instruments of organizational transformation through the implementation of a management system coupling the two pairs.

Alignment and interfacing are established through the transformation of governance organizational and functional architectures, and processes using our instrumentation of organs “PPM – PMO” (Project Portefolio Management – Project Management Office).
