■ Assist in identifying development opportunities, structuring value creation potential, developing the growth actions plan.

■ Assist in the development, steering, and management of strategic axes to be structured into portfolios (PPM) – and the implementation of a project management office (PMO).

■Assist in the improvement of the Organizational Management System (SMOrg) through the transformation of its governance, organizational and functional architectures, and processes by means of PPM – PMO (Project Portfolio Management – Project Management Office) instruments.

■ Addressing the Dues diligences of sustainable development in terms of Management of Risk Factors on environment, social, governance, health, technology, transaction, and any others qualified risks.
