Mamah DJIRE, Sr SPA-SPM | Chair   | Senior Policy & Strategy Advisor and Strategic Portfolio Manager, is the Chairman and the Executive Partner of the Advisory Board Workshop known as THOHT – ABW. He is the founder and has been with iPS Advisory & Partners, formerly THOHT-ABW Advisory, since October 2004.

■……Advises and accompanies governments, national, regional and international institutional organizations, state corporations, private sector companies, captains of industry, foundations and non-governmental organizations, and their Technical and Financial Partners to identify and address the specific missing links in regard of their context, concept, approach, and methodology.

Indeed, for more than three decades, the outcomes of development initiatives have been assessed through the mixed performance of their expected results and benefits. The impacts of social and economic disruptions, digital technologies, environment, attempts at sectoral convergence, etc… justify the obsolescence of conventionally practiced approaches and methodologies.

According to THOHT-ABW Advisory, the rectification and alignment of aspirations with the expected results and benefits is obtained concomitantly from the coupling of vertical and transversal issues centered on the pre-identified objectives of the perspectives, and by taking into account the functional aspects structuring the components of the development actions.
